INDIVIDUALITY
Each piece of pottery is made solely by my hands. I use several different firing techniques including raku, Cone 5 stoneware and low fired glaze. All raku vases are water-sealed for functional use. Please expect slight variations in size as each piece is hand thrown. Raku glazes, by their nature, will also vary somewhat in coloration; each piece is fired individually and will always be unique.
TURN AROUND TIME
While I would love to be able to produce pottery overnight it usually takes two to three weeks. I am glad to work with you to get my pottery to your location at the soonest possible date. Please keep in mind that all of my work is hand made solely by myself and usually produced as you order it. 100% American artisan produced pottery for your gallery - I guarantee that it is worth the wait!
MINIMUM ORDER
My minimum opening order is $200.00. Re-order amount is $150.00. Please call if you have questions.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Please inspect all packages upon delivery for damage. Reports of damaged goods must be made within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment. Damaged goods will be replaced or credited to your account depending on your preference and the availability of the work.
All artwork may be returned at any time for credit towards a new order, provided it is in original condition. Customer pays shipping on all artwork returned for credit. Please notify me in advance of any returns.
PAYMENT
All orders pre-paid by check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Actual UPS Ground shipping charges or USPS shipping charges are added to your order. IMPORTANT! Please provide complete credit card information when ordering. We will add your order to our production schedule once complete payment information is received.
About Net 30: Those wanting extended payment options should contact Visa or Mastercard. A Credit card will provide much greater payment flexibility and terms than I could possibly offer you.
